Forums are great source of Traffic. You can find lots of traffic from forums easily. There are lots of forums on the net where you can find traffic to your site. It is very helpful for you because you will get traffic, backlinks and latest news about your niche.

First of all you need to search forums related to your site niche. You can find these forums by help of Search Engines. Try to register yourself in the best forums in your niche.
